Kay Kozaronek is a generalist with deep technical expertise in AI safety evaluation. He coordinates strategic initiatives across multiple policy projects, including the AI Safety Connect (AISC) event series and AI safety briefings for policymakers. Previously, as Head of Product, Operations & Growth at PRISM Eval, he built market-ready enterprise AI safety products. Kay co-founded Cadenza Labs, an AI safety research lab, and Catalyze Impact, an incubator for AI safety organizations. He holds a MicroMasters from MIT in Statistics and Data Science.
