Cyrus Hodes is an international AI strategist, investor, and governance expert. He founded AI Safety Connect (AISC) and co-founded The Future Society (TFS) at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, as well as the generative AI platform Stability AI. He is a Venture Partner at Lionheart Ventures, a VC fund investing in responsible AI ventures. He led the Safety and Assurance of Generative AI project at GPAI, and the Global Risk and AI Safety Preparedness (GRASP) initiative at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai. Cyrus previously served as an Advisor to the UAE Minister of Artificial Intelligence at the Prime Minister’s Office, where he led the Global Governance of AI Roundtables at the World Government Summit. He is part of the OECD Expert Group on AI Futures.
